purchase policies

Paintings purchased via this site are guaranteed by the artist to be free from defect. If the purchaser is not satisfied upon receipt of the artwork, they must notify the artist within 3 business days of receipt of the work to receive a refund. Return shipping costs will be paid by the purchaser. Damaged works must also be reported to the artist within three business days to receive a refund. After the three business days no returns or refunds will be allowed. All copyrights of sold material remain the property of the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.
